You never could predict it
could you?
How it all would go
with Harry, Ron, Hermione,
for Death they would not bow.
You never knew it
did you?
From the very start
That Ron would wed Hermione,
that Bart would kill Bart.
We have cried
We have laughed
We have stuck with Harry all this time
From the very beginning
Until the very end.
But does it really end?
Won't we pass the stories on?
With owls, won't we send
them to our kids,
grandkids, nephews—
Perhaps our godsons?
We will tell them, teach them, show them
how Harry Potter changed our lives
And still is changing us
How a woman named Joanne
made us read,
taught us love,
taught us all we ever needed.
We love it all
don't we?
We love the bravest man we ever knew,
we love a free elf,
we love the only one he ever feared,
we love the brightest witch of her age,
we love the man who'd clap his hands for a dementor attack,
we love the guy with the furry little problem,
we love the girl who blames the nargles,
we love the chess master, the troublemakers, the prefect, the man of dragons, the curse breaker, the little, shy girl who became his wife.
We love their parents,
we love James and Lily,
and how hard they fought,
and how deeply they loved.
We love Fawkes, we love Hedwig,
we love them all so much.
We love the boy who lived,
the chosen one,
the guy who has no subtlety,
the boy who's not lying and he's not mad,
the one who had leadership thrust upon him,
the one who is good and brave and true.
We love that it matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be,
we love that anyone can speak Troll, all you have to do is point and grunt,
we love that his dearest ambition is to find out how aeroplanes stay up,
we love the Constipation Sensation That's Gripping the Nation,
we love that stalagmite's got an 'm' in it.
We also love that there are some things you can't share without ending up liking each other.
We love the magic. We love the experience. We love their world. We love the fandom.
And we love it after all this time?
Always.
So what can we say?
A few words,
to describe how we feel:
Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak!

Dear Harry
Dear Harry,
When you saw that flash of green light, a sinister laugh knocking in your ears and a searing pain on your forehead, did you ever think that you would start childhoods and set souls ablaze?
When you were locked in your cupboard after your awful aunt and uncle refused to give you dinner, again, did you know that you would soon have millions of children smile at the sound of your name?
When you were on the train to Hogwarts, and you met your best friend Ron, did you ever wonder that we were all on the train with you, we were all excited to go to school with you, and we were estatic to be sorted into our proper houses?

1. And Harry danced to the tropical rhythm, his long dreadlocks glinting in the sun
2. As celebration for destroying voldermort, Harry, Draco, and the ghost of Dumbledore all went to see the lion king on Broadway, and Harry's favourite character was: Scar. (Inside joke, will explain on comments.)
3 Harry woke up on the cold, wet, bathroom floor, only to discover that he was 10 years old and had knocked himself unconscious on the showerhead and it had all been a beautiful dream, but then he saw the scars on the back of his hand

The Forest Again -Harry Potter
The Forest Again
The time has come
To save mankind.
I turn and look forward,
My world left behind.
Beginning to walk
Down the cluttered path.
Trees create shadows
Consumed with wrath.
Be strong, I thought.
Ill take one glance back.
I see some with sorrow,
Others under attack.
Soon this will all be over,
I wont have to exist.
A cold, hard corpse.
Ill leave their midst.
Loves ones will grovel,
Ultimately, I wont be missed.
My enemies will cheer,
The ones whod hit me with a fist.
I pull out the ball,
Tiny and golden.
I now know what to do.
To myself, I must embolden.
Lips press against the m

I might do some changes to this later, but for now it's okay. I wrote it yesterday and thought maybe I could use it in 's contest: "Beginnings and endings."
We have stuck with Harry until the very end, and we will keep hanging on. It's the only thing I'm a die-hard fan of, and it means the world to me.

This is so touching, I'm so amused by this! It's true, Harry Potter changed our lives, to the best. Great work, honestly..!
